Jennifer Kouffman
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and HYROX Level 1 Certified Coach dedicated to helping others discover their strongest, healthiest selves.
With years of experience in functional fitness, strength training, and performance nutrition, I specialize in designing personalized programs that build strength, improve endurance, and create lasting results—both inside and outside the gym.
As a competitive HYROX athlete and coach, I bring the same mindset I train with—discipline, resilience, and balance—to every client I work with. Whether your goal is to level up your performance, fuel your body with purpose, or simply feel confident in your skin again, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
