This program is designed to introduce your body to golf-centric resistance training and mobility to build a solid foundation, to play pain free and maximize your golf performance.
This program consists of a total of 3 full body workouts and 2 mobility/stretch workouts at a suggested frequency of 5 times a week. Complete the workouts at your own pace, or follow the recommended 4 week plan.
